Postage paid twice?

I sold an item and buyer paid the postage. On waiting for ebay payment for another item, the original postage has been deducted from that sale. Surely that means we both have now paid the Yodel sum of £5.88? I am a little baffled. Cut off by customer service when asked the question there. Automated assistant has been frozen too. Not happy.

When you say buyer paid the postage, do you mean BOUGHT the postage, if so they would send you the label.

If buyer paid purchase price, plus protection fee, plus postage, you would receive, purchase price plus postage, and therefore have to buy and pay for postage yourself.

Buyer paid item price plus protection fee and the postage. I received the
label and now had that postage fee deducted from the sale of a different
item. I have not been paid for the item that the postage fee is related
to.
