Unable to find option to upgrade from individual to business account

Hi,

I currently have an individual eBay account created in the UK, and I would like to upgrade it to a business account. However, I do not see any "Edit" or "Change account type" option under Account Settings > Personal Information.

I've tried visiting the Help pages, and even the Contact Us page, but only the chatbot appears, and I can't reach a live agent.

Can someone please guide me on how to upgrade my existing account to a business account? Or if there's a direct link or form I need to fill?

If you've already registered with a personal account but would like to upgrade to a business account, here's how, hope this helps!

1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
2. Select Personal information. 
3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

Just editing to add , you may need to make a recent sale or two on your Personal account, before managing the above.
