Trying to contact seller from the purchase page but the box to send a message is not appearing… any idea why this might be?

Unfortunately it’s past the buyer protection so eBay won’t do anything. Hence trying to contact the seller for advice. It’s a business so copied their email, but that bounced back saying inbox fullMark G Moyle AssocRICS
