I bought a pop Funko back in January for pre-order and it came out earlier this month and now the seller won’t respond to me and nothing has been posted. I know they’re ignoring me as I got my partner to message them about a different thing they were selling and they responded straight away bare in mind I’ve been waiting two weeks for a response.
I reported that the item had not arrived around 5 days ago and it said “the seller has been sent a message”. I’ve read that after 3 days I should be able to get EBay to step in and help but that option isn’t available when I look?
Additionally, it says my item isn’t covered by EBay money back guarantee which I’m confused about as it states “30 days from the estimated or actual delivery date” while I’ve had neither the estimated or actual delivery date so I’m unsure as to why I’m not covered ? Especially when the item only came out this month I would’ve thought it’s within the 30 days.
Please can someone help me get a re-fund or in contact with EBay as I’ve looked everywhere and cannot find a way to contact them.
FYI - The item I ordered hasn’t even been posted on the status updates section so EBay can see the seller still has the item.

You need to find the email you got from Ebay when you paid - it will have estimated delivery dates.
You can see the link for the rules, but pre-sale items have to be sent within 40 days of purchase.
You are out of time to do anything through Ebay. So, although you could open a case, you won't be able to ask Ebay to step in.
Paypal give you a generous 180 days to start a case saying you have not received your item if you paid that way.

You should have read the rules Months ago, ebay will not be interested as items should be posted out within 40 days of order.https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/listing-policies/presale-policy?id=4252&st=3&pos=1&query=Presal...
Suggest you speak to your payment provider to see if they can help.
