faulty electric piano

I purchased a Glarry piano from a seller  back in February this year and initially it worked although we noticed a problem with the power cable connection when we first tested it- but then it just stopped working so we actually purchased a replacement power cable for £14 but now it doesn’t work at all!  I believe the return window closed on March 12 and we have tried to contact the seller directly via e mail and on Ebay with no response so open ideas of what we can do?

You cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt.  If they are not,  a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  to return the item for a full refund.

If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund.  You may still be in time to claim from your payment provider,  worth a shot.

If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this,  then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps,  if you wish to take this further.

Ok. So yes as i mentioned its past the refund window. Not sure about the
warranty/ guarantee but we did find a UK based company and location for
them which we have subsequently contacted with no reply
