Poor aftersales

 I recently purchased a TV remote control on Ebay.  The price was good and the delivery was spot on. I was very impressed with seller and took the time to give an excellent feedback. Unfortunately a month later the remote just died. I contacted the seller politely asking any comment as surely it was not a very good deal. The replies where completely robotic basically stating "sorry buy another"  I wont pursue the issue, just making it known how poor service can destroy confidence in Ebay

Poor aftersales

It is your choice, but if received within the last 30 days you open a not as described case to get a refund.

If over 30 days then contact your payment provider. In any case a decent seller would be able to help and refund through ebay up to 90 days.

 

Ebay provides the means of getting refunds within 30 days, or payment provider can also get a refund. It seems foolish just to blame ebay and let the seller off the hook.

 

It is on every listing right side use it if appropriate.

Poor aftersales

Thanks for advice, as you commented any decent seller would have helped .This sums up my enquiry. The fact that I had given a really good feedback prior to the problem just added insult to injury. GJ
