Is anyone finding that they cannot access certain areas of feedback when they click on it, like adding information and submitting? Also my messages have recently started doing the same thing. The list isn't showing until I click on it, but then when I click individual messages nothing opens, so I can't access them nor reply to anything.

I was wondering if eBay had changed anything or how to rectify this as it's frustrating not being able to use this fully.

This has only recently happened re the messages, but the feedback has been problematic for a month or so now.

Yes,  I have just found this!  I have recently purchased 2 items the one received in excellent order has no Leave Feedback option anywhere,  tried all the usual avenues, and ' no can do!' 🙄  

With your messages issues, are you using the app or mobile browser for this?  

You are not alone in finding this,  many members reporting issues with messages on the app or mobile browser.  We're told eBay are aware,  and working on the technical problem. 

For now to read your messages,  switch if you can,  to a laptop / PC and Chrome,  that combo seems to work fine.  Doesn't help with my feedback issue tho! 😐
