Hi All.
I sent something next day recorded delivery. Item received and feedback left (positive) but Ebay states it's not been delivered so I haven't been paid. Do you know how I fix this? Thanks

Did you use a postage label other than the Simple Delivery one? If so you should try to add the new tracking number to ebay. To do that you still need to generate the original prepaid label.
Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking. That needs to be done on a desktop browser.
After that you can cancel the original label here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
Even if you cannot manage to do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.

Thanks for the response. I didn't use the 'Simple Delivery' one. I did manually add the tracking number. If I generate the original postage label will I then be charged twice for delivery?

If you were able to change the tracking there's no need to generate the original label.
