Item listed as new on eBay but shown as used on Google

Spent the day reveiwing my listings only to find that many of my listing which are listed as new appear as used on Google.

Some are listed under "new other" on my ebay but appear on Google as pre ownwed which is not the same as , for example,  new but packaging damaged.

Spoke to ebay but do not hold out much hope of the matter being resolved

eBay hold sellers wholly responsible for how they list their items,  and to be truthful on condition.

If a buyer finds otherwise on receipt of their item,   eBay's 30 day MBG ensures a full refund for any item misdescribed.

I still do not understand how two eBay listings for the same item at about the same price both listed as new by different sellers is shown by Shopify.com (which is part of eBay) , one as new , one used. Makes no sense
