If you have sold an item as buyer collects, Ebay will supply your buyer with a collection code.
They give you the code to confirm collection and then Ebay will release your funds.
They do not release payment to private sellers any more until delivery or collection have been confirmed.
You should no longer expect Ebay to release your payment until your buyer has the goods.

Private sellers
Once the buyer's order is confirmed, you can send your item, and any applicable fees or other costs will be automatically deducted from your sales proceeds before they appear in your account.
