Hi there, just wondering if there is anyone who can help me! I have received a letter from, "moorcroft debt recovery " stating that they have taken my debt on from ebay commerce UK Ltd for £514.34 . I have never received anything from ebay stating I owe this. I only buy from ebay where you pay up front for items! As far as I am aware ebay commerce is strictly for selling item's, this is something that I have never done, I am not a business and don't understand how I can have this debt. I am really concerned that the amount will continue to rise if I ignore this. As other's have stated, there is no contacting ebay either by phone or email to be able to resolve this matter. I am really concerned and worried and am losing sleep through this
