New ebay account; bank account “check” still not compleyed after 2 months…

Hello, I started my ebay account around mid april. Ebay deposited £0.01 into the account, but after 2 months they still have not withdrawn it. So the full bank account check is not complete. In the meantime i’ve sold a number of items and cannot withdraw the payouts. My question is: why has ebay not withdrawn the £0.01 and why is it taking 2 months? How can i prompt ebay to complete the check?

You probably need to contact Customer Services.

You need to contact eBay Customer Services as access to your account is needed and perhaps 2 more micro deposits sent.  If you do this now there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
