I am trying to put in an offer but I keep getting a "We looked everywhere" message.
Also, the seller has "Or best offer" and, as I put in an offer last time the item was for sale, surely he should have sold it to the best offer as per the advert?
Why is there not a simple "Contact us" button for questions? Bay is a massive company and should at least be contactable!

There's a technical issue with making offers via desktop at the moment, another user has reported that they managed to use their phone and make one.

Thanks, but, as I am a dinosaur, I don't use my 'phone for ebay so I lost this item. What really makes me angry, is that there is no way to contact ebay as far as I can see. These big companies appear to think that their customers are not important.

There is another way round this.
Send the seller a message that there is a current tech issue with sending an offer and you would like to offer £** for item ****** if they accept could they kindly change the item to a Buy it Now price for that amount and you can buy and pay immediately from that BIN link.
