Request to cancel order

A buyer has requested to cancel an order he bid on and won, even though the reason he gave is incorrect. The question is if I agree to cancel will I get the £14.99 fee it cost me to list the item back? I've attached details of what it says on the cancellation request.

You listed twice already, so have paid 2 listing fees.

Better to agree to cancel, buyer may be awkward later if you don't.
