Non Collection by Royal Mail

Hi,

I am looking for help in resolving a problem with Royal Mail. They have failed to collect an item arranged through ebay. How do I resolve this?

You have to rebook it on the Royal Mail website.

I have now re-booked collection on Royal Mail website but why did the original booking through eBay fail?
