My buyer has paid for courier delivery, I've offered to deliver the item to them for the same cost

My buyer has paid for courier delivery, as I live relatively close and it's a very bulky item, I've offered to deliver the item to them for the same cost. The buyer is happy with that - how do we proceed?

Cancel and relist as collection only for the buyer to buy again.  Then they will get a collection code to give you to prove they have received the item
