I'm having a problem with seller. They sent me a supposedly "very good" condition book that actually had pages ripped out. When I contacted them, they promised to send a replacement. Then they cancelled the replacement and promised me a refund. I have still not received that refund more than 48hrs later. Trying to speak to them is pointless and they've stopped responding now that I told them my refund didn't come through. I can't seem to contact ebay either. I don't know what to do next.
