Lost item

I sent a guitar via Evri / Packlink which didnt ever arrive. How do i go about raising a complaint and compensation claim?

Assuming Simple Delivery was used you are protected if the item is lost  (or damaged) in transit.   Ask the buyer to open a "not received" case then eBay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the original payment.

Ok - thats not what has happened though as ebay refunded the buyer from my balance

As long as SD was used correctly ebay should have refunded.   Contact them tomorrow and find out what happened.  You can request a callback on here:
