Postage cost

I have selected  buyer pays postage of an item they purchased and paid postage 

yet I have to print a label eBay’s stated I have to pay for shipping as a buyer is this correct

If it's saying to pay as a buyer that would be the message the buyer sees.    The buyer pays and you print out the pre-paid label.
