Under English law the person who creates a 'work of art', a photograph, painting, sculpture etc) automatically owns the copyright so why does eBay allow sellers to copy my photos and text, word for word?
These sellers are also claiming stock in England when it is obvious from their details they are in China and that, when the item is recieved, the labels clearly show it was dispatched from China?
eBay don't want to know and it really annoys me.
