I bought an item as a guest buyer on behalf of my mother who wanted to buy a present for my son. The purchase date was 22 August 2025. Its been over a week. It has been stuck at Evri as yet to be delivered status since 24 August 2025. I tried contacting the seller who is no longer a registered user. I tried to get Evri to locate it but so far no luck even though it has a tracking number. I cannot speak to a live person. Only ai chatbots. Ebay brings up an error message saying the order cannot be retrieved. Where do I go with this as it seems to be a classic three way pass the buck game. Albeit with the seller out of the game as they are no longer registered. It seems I am going round in circles without the prospect of a resolution. Ebay seens not to be able to find me a pathway due to the guest buyer nature of the purchase. It keeps on trying to sign me into my own account or trying to sign me up to a new account. No telephone numbers anywhere in sight. Please help.
