I have a customer that seems sheepish whats item posting to day but is delaying payment evenExplaing that it is only possible B4 5pm any advice don't want to be scammed

You don't send anything until you get notification from eBay that you have been paid and can see the payment in your account.

If not paid by day 4 you cancel sale for non payment.

As said the chance of being scammed is remote, unless you post without being paid. There is no question of buyer dictating when you post, there is clearly a cut off point, for collection today, it is up to buyer to allow you enough time to post and leaving payment till the last minute seems pointless.

Is this for the printer you have sold? Do NOT dispatch the item until payment has been received via ebay and you receive the ebay notification to send the item.

If you do otherwise,you are as you mention setting yourself up to be cheated out of your funds and item.
