I placed an order for a manikin and realised it was not needed so I cancelled it within 30 mins. The seller has decided my cancellation request stating he has already posted it. Which is false just to get a sale . How can this seller be trusted. I cancelled straight away. He know has am out of office . Well then how did you post it ??

Some sellers use forwarding companies so they may have forwarded the order to post, and cannot stop the posting of that item.
Even if this is not the reason, a seller does not have to accept the cancellation request.
If the seller has ' Accepts ' Returns ' , on receipt of the item you can return it for a full refund, but you will need to pay for that fully tracked return postage.
