This order is shipping to me by Royal Mail and in the Netherlands by Post.NL.
Post.NL told me that it was not delivered because the address was wrong; but the address was correct. Now it is send back to the address that shipped me the parcel.
Post.NL told me that they indeed make a mistake but can do nothing for me. I had to contact the supplier.
can you help me to receive my parcel

You should contact your seller direct and ask them. Go to your My eBay Purchase History page. Find the item and click on the More Actions arrow on the right of it. You will see a Contact seller link. Or there is one on the top left of the actual listing.
You have 30 days of buyer protection so if you do not receive your item by then report it to ebay also via the More Actions menu on your purchase list.

You don't need their address. Use the "Contact Seller" link either on your purchase list via the "More Actions" dropdown menu, or at the top of the actual item listing.
