I'm having trouble with a return and getting my refund

Returned my parcel it has been delivered on 14th May. Still no refund, in my account another Royal mail tracking number has Bern issued 20th May. Still no refund, seller has said the parcel hasn't been received. The latest tracking number no results. Need to speak to Ebay
