I have sold an item. I think I have chosen the wrong option when setting up the advert.
When I go to the item I have sold it is telling me to print the pre-paid label.
I have already posted via Royal Mail special delivery so don’t need the label.
I got the address from the seller and then went and posted at the post office.
Could someone please, please advise where to add the tracking info.
I have already sent photo evidence of the Post Office receipt but want to add to the item so eBay can see I have dispatched the item.
