No. The only way that Ebay allow sellers to confirm a buyer's age is payment by credit card.

Sorry --- Only a ( monthly statement ) Credit Card is acceptable by eBay --- an everyday use Debit Card will not be accepted. Anyone among your family or friends who could order on your behalf ?.
