Ebay withholding funds after months of daily payouts.

After 3 days of banging my head against a wall trying to get through to eBay I thought i would try the community for an answer? I have been receiving daily payouts for months then all of a sudden eBay have started withholding my payments. Any issue a buyer has had has been resolved promptly. (Any messages are replied to within an hour). I run an honest family business and ALWAYS put the customer first! I have 100% seller rating and one negative comment I got was altered when the parcel actually arrived days later than expected. (Royal mail are a poor delivery service now!).

Does anyone know why eBay are pulling this rubbish as I am now in a position where i may need to cease trading thanks to eBay.

Any advive would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Have you spoken to Ebay Customer Services?

Use the link below to get a callback - I would advise waiting until the morning when you are more likely to get Dublin.

There was another similar post to yours a few days ago (which I can't now find) from a business seller whose payments had suddenly and randomly been put on hold.

It may be worth trying to contact that seller as well to see what happened with them.  Or post your question on the business seller board.

It is unlikely that anybody who responds in 'member to member' will be able to advise as we have no access to your account.

It’s getting through to eBay that is a huge part of the problem. It’s impossible to speak to a human.
I shall try the link and see if I can actually get a call back.

Have you perhaps inadvertently changed the schedule for your payments in Selling Hub or My eBay?
