Dear eBay Customer Service,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding an order I placed on 22 May with a seller on your platform. The estimated delivery date was 28 May, but the item did not arrive until 30 May.
I urgently needed the boxes to take abroad and could not wait for the delayed delivery. As a result, I had no choice but to purchase the same items overseas at nearly three times the original cost.
Due to the late delivery, I no longer need the items and have requested a return and refund from the seller. However, I have not received a response to my messages, which is very disappointing. They are trying to ignore me and not do the refund.
Please help me on this issue.
