Selling a cordless hedge trimmer

I'm trying to list the above get keep getting the red banner saying view the Ebay policy on bladed items.  I have done this 8 times now but nowhere does it tell you how to get the item listed even if you use Royal Mail who allegedly carry out age verification on delivery - help please

Thanks for that but only businesses seem to selling this one with free postage  - I'll

Then it's possible that only business accounts can sell them.
