Hi,
I currently have funds available in my eBay balance. I am based in the UK and there is an item I want to purchase from the EU - there is the cost of the goods in Euro's plus the Shipment Fee (also in Euro's).
My balance has more than enough funds in it, however when I go the checkout section I do not have an option to use my eBay balance, only Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal or Googlepay
Is there any reason why I wouldn't be able to use my eBay balance for this transaction? The item I require literally cannot be bought from anywhere else
