I need to cancel a potage label

I sold an item on Monday but realised that the label had the wrong weight on it so I bought a separate label from Evri and notified the buyer of the new tracking number.  I need to cancel the original label, the item in question is https://www.ebay.co.uk/vod/FetchOrderDetails?orderId=22-13137-12370

First add the new tracking number via the More Actions dropdown menu (on a desktop browser).    Then cancel the original label here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded automatically in 30 days.

If this was a Simple Delivery transaction for the first label, then the buyer will receive the refund if it's now not going to be used.

If you purchased the label the ' old way' through eBay, find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

Now you will not have tracking , your payout from the sale will take a  minimum of 14 days to be released.
