Live animal feed banned??? ONLY for some

Some of my listings were cancelled because of ebays new policy of not allowing the sale of live animals. I had listings for worms removed. I see dozens of other listings for live worms but when i reported these listings i was told that they are not in violation and if i wanted to continue i can appeal in court???

I think one of the issues is that ebay has failed to have a specific report for live animals and the drop down options don't cut it.  So when AI looks it can't find anything in the listing that fits with the drop down and so says it's OK.

I will tag one of the managers, they might be able to report the sellers if you give them the details in a DM.

This is not a short term rant and i dont want to spend all my days monitoring other people just because i was targeted. If ebay is going to stop the sale of live animals , then it should remove the categories and prevent people listing. I have noticed there are loopholes. If a person is selling a prohibited item but its done in another country but available here in the UK, the AI does not recognise it. Since i started complaining about the arbitrary nature of ebay take downs i feel like my shop has been penalised and my sales have crashed again.
