Stollen goods

I just went to my shed to  get china I'd sold.  I've discovered 2 boxes of goods have been stollen.  Unfortunately the sold goods were amongst them. Wouldn't be such a problem but I'd just paid for postage.  My concern is how will my buyer get a refund. I've messaged and explained the situation.  I really just need to speak with a human

Explain what has happened to your buyer. If you are lucky they will agree to cancel, which automatically  issues a refund.

Unfortunately you can't guarantee they will agree, in which case you must use Out of stock" To cancel, which will place a black mark on your account.

 

You may also get a negative feedback.

I'm not sure about the postage label you have generated, I feel you ought to be able to void it but I'm not sure. Hopefully someone will pop over and clarify this.

That's unfortunate.  You need to message the buyer and explain what has happened and then cancel the sale.  The buyer will get an automatic refund.  You will need to claim a refund for the postage you have bought. 

 

You don't need to speak to anyone, the processes are automatic.
