How to Resolve US Corridor Block from INR Defects When Seller Help Doesn’t Show Appeal Option?

Hello eBay Community,

I’m an experienced seller and recently received a US Corridor Block on my account due to a high Item Not Received (INR) rate in the most recent evaluation period. My U.S. listings were ended, and I’m currently restricted from selling to U.S. buyers.

The problem is that all affected orders have valid tracking numbers that show “Delivered”, mostly via USPS.

What’s important is that:

  • These INR defects occurred during the time when there were exceptional shipping delays due to customs fees and import processing in May.

  • Buyers opened cases because tracking wasn’t updating fast enough, but the items were still delivered.

  • I had contacted eBay support at the time and was told that no action would be taken.

  • Now that my U.S. access is blocked, I went to Seller Help, but there is no option to appeal INR defects.

I’ve done everything correctly:

  • Uploaded valid tracking

  • Delivered on time

  • Proactively communicated with customers

But I’m stuck with no way to submit an appeal.

Can anyone guide me on how to escalate this or which department I need to contact to get my INR defects reviewed and removed?
I want to restore my U.S. selling privileges and keep my account in good standing.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
