Item delivered but not showing on my account

The item has been delivered and I have the picture of the item provided by ParcelForce but my account still shows the item as posted. Checking the Parcelforce web site they have not provided any tracking history for this item, just the picture and status as delivered

Any help appreciated to get this resolved

Ebay sometimes takes a while to catch up with carriers' websites.

48 hours after the tracking shows delivered on the Parcelforce website, if the tracking has not updated on Ebay, you can contact Customer Services and ask them to manually update the tracking and release your funds.
