I bought an expensive coffee machine, which showed a total usage of under 5,000 when it arrived. However, it had done over 25,000. Additionally, there was damage to the water lid and the coffee dispensing nozzle.

Why did you ask? Have you never read the Money Back guarantee, it is on every listing.

You open a not as described case, it is then the sellers problem to pay for return and on return refund.
