Can't report a missing item (bought as a Guest).

I bought an item as a `Guest' and it hasn't arrived. Every way I've tried to report the non-arrival requires me to be a Member, which I am not (and don't want to be, following a hacking experience). How can I report it without being a Member?

If you buy as a guest you get an email confirmation from ebay.  That contains all the necessary links.

The seller does not know you by your ebay account, the transaction will not appear in your purchases and you cannot leave feedback.

Thanks. I have the email and followed the links, but it wouldn't let me report without contacting the Member first, and it wouldn't let me contact the Member without being a Member. So I was stuck.
