Is anyone else having problems with the new ebay automated feedback for sellers introduced in the UK in april?
To date the automated feedback I have received as a seller is 135 and this has not changed for a couple of days now even though I sell 10+ items a day. I have worked out that yesterday I should have received 14 more feedback automatically, the items were on time and the buyer has had them 7 days but nothing appeared.
I have just got off the phone 30min call to ebay and the lady on the other end knew nothing about this new system neither did the two yesterday, the only people who have any knowledge of it are the irish call centre but I can't get through to them.
Pulling my hair out!
