Message seller by text fails, why ?

My regular retailer seller & I both are unable to  send text message regarding delivery matters. They too cannot send a text reply to me they said.

They can send text messages to other buyers.  It has never happened in the past.

Asking for Ebay help is not good, because  Ai  are programmed and my problem is not  in the Ai system.

There is no way to speak to an Ebay person in real time.

This glitch is the question why texts sent  unable to send it has failed. Why ?

I havent given the sellers name here, I am hoping Ebay real time people will help if they can be reached other than by Ai.  Anyone  have an answer how to either contact Ebay about the messaging system failing ? Than you

Text messages surely are between buyer and seller and nothing to do with ebay. Buyers phone number is provided with address once they have paid.

Ebay provides a messaging service which is the correct way for buyers and sellers to contact each other.
