Pleasehow do I retrieve my ebay points as I didn't know things have changed till I looked at  nectar I have 100s missing  since  last year

Since last November lat year the only way to earn nectar points is to sign in via Nectar site.

You can still earn them on ebay, but can't spend them here.

If you didn't sign in via Nectar, points are not available.
