eBay haven't updated delivery of my item sent

I sent an item via parcel force that was delivered with proof 2 days ago. Tracking number correct.

eBay has not updated delivery status. eBay will not pay me now until middle of the month which is unfair.

I have sent the buyer several polite messages asking if they are happy with the purchase and if they would kindly leave me feedback so I can receive my payment from eBay. No response from the buyer.

I have tried to call eBay customer services but they say its out of hours

Even with feedback, you won't get paid if the value of the item is over £25.

If it is more than 48 hours since the tracking on the Parcelforce website shows delivery, you can contact Customer Services and ask them to update the tracking and release the funds.
