I sold an item which was to be collected. I've only just discovered that cash is not an option so he paid via the app and it took the postage costs from him as well which I refunded. However, I can't see an option to mark this is collected. In all the fuss and rush I didn't take a code from him. I've marked it as dispatched but it now just wants me to buy a postage label.
Any assistance would be gratefully received.

If you had both choices on the listing, then the buyer not you, selected the wrong option, or decided to change their preference after purchase, from postage to collection.

If the item was listed as a postage item and the buyer then collected it, there will be no way for you to mark as collected, because there is no QR code the buyer would have received, if the item was listed Collection Only.
You will have to wait now 14 days for you payout to be released, unless you are a new or returning seller, then a longer hold maybe 30 days, may be applied.

Hi, Thanks for the response. The item was postage or collection so I'm stumped as to why it didn't let me chose the collection option.
