You are a new seller so could have to wait up to 20 days. By delivering you will have no proof of buyer receiving item, in fact you would have no defence if they claimed not received.
There is a system in place for collection items, but it has to be on the listing as collection. Once bought it cannot be changed, leaving you as seller unprotected.
For your information there is no way for a buyer to mark as delivered.
Once you have a track record for selling with feedback, I believe it is 10 when DSRs show, money is released within 24 hours.
