Where do I stand used for the first time at a swimming pool 2 months after I bought it on holiday got in touch with seller said it was after 30 days can't help you hope you understand

You can't do anything through Ebay who give you 30 days to return.

Your payment provider may be able to help as you have bought an item which is not fit for purpose, so investigate starting a chargeback through your bank/credit card.
