Email to say item was delivered but it wasn't

I purchased a book a few days ago.

Money was taken from my account.

Just received an email to say the book was delivered but it wasn't - I have been at home all this morning, no door bell ring and nothing on the Ring camera.

I also can't find the purchase on my eBay account!

Help please.....

If you cannot find your purchase in your eBay account,  it seems you may have made this as a ' Guest Purchase'.  Your eBay account is not used for this,  hence you will not find those purchase details.

The link below shows how to bring up your order details and if you need to,  how to open a case.

Be aware,  for item not received,  if the seller has a valid tracking number showing delivery,  the case will close in their favour.
