I ordered a book. This item has not arrived. I received a confirmation of order and payed with PayPal.

If it is at least a day after the latest estimated delivery date, open an item not received case.

You can find the estimated delivery date in the email Ebay sent you when you paid.

I have not received a book that I ordered as a guest. The item no is 135315395382 Belgian invisible binding. The order no is 12-13371-25711
It is way past the estimated delivery date. And I never received a message to say it was on its way.
I have emailed the seller, who said he would get back to me, but he has not.

If you look at the guidance on buying as a guest it tells you how to deal with non delivery claims.

You could try opening paypal claim,

but if you do, it will close ebay case.

Stick with ebay to start with, if no luck go to paypal.
