Buyer has cancelled purchase after listing ended

A seller with a feedback of (2) has cancelled the purchase of my Macbook after the auction ended with the reason of 'wrong payment information'. I have asked them what they mean by this but they haven't replied. Are they allowed to do this? Why did they bid on it in the first place if they don't want it and how do I stop this happening if I relist the item? Can I leave them feedback also?

You will always get an annoying,  frustrating, buyers,  and yes,  buyers are allowed to change their mind.

No,  you cannot leave bad feedback for a buyer,  it's against the rules.

Have they not paid?  Then,  after 4 days cancel the order citing Buyer Has Not Paid this gives them a well deserved non payment strike.  They are only allowed one before buying restrictions can take place, a far better action than leaving of feedback.

To stop them buying from you again, block them from returning add their ID here:

Thank you, I have blocked the buyer.

Very frustrating as it was over £200 that I was going to use as holiday spending money when I go on Tuesday.
