Buyer committed fraud and payment institution sided with them?

Hi All,

I sell book sets on eBay and had a buyer get in contact about purchasing 5 sets from me. I offered them a discount on purchasing 5 sets in one listing and they purchased them under one listing. I let them know 4 of them would be delivered within 2 days (which they were) and the last within 10 working days. After receiving the first 4 sets 2 days later they got in touch asking about purchasing other sets from me. After 10 working days they received the last set with no issues raised. One week later I got an email saying they had opened a dispute with their payment institution as the items were inauthentic. I immediately responded providing official invoices for them but the payment institution sided with them and refunded them the full amount £900!

I have no idea why they would do that,  I told them it was clearly fraud and gave them official invoices from genuine suppliers. EBay say they can’t do anything. What should I do now?
