My son had a dispute with Ebay over a 'fee'... instead of chasing him, they decided to stop me using my separate account until he submitted to their mistake and paid for it... my son did not live with me at the time but had used my WiFi when he visited... I have not been able to use my account for ages now... and feel I was unfairly treated... I (my account) was held hostage even though I knew nothing about my sons argument with Ebay and had done nothing wrong myself... what can I do about this.
